Американцы создали универсальное лекарство от всех штаммов гриппа
В скором времени грипп больше не будет так опасен для человека, как сегодня. Американские ученые заявили, что им удалось создать универсальное лекарство от этой болезни, эффективность которого совершенно не зависит от штамма вируса.
Препарат получил название HB36.6. Его особенность заключается в том, что он воздействует непосредственно на белки гемагглютинин и нейраминидаз, которые вызывают мутации вируса. Все выпущенные ранее препараты имели другой механизм воздействия, поэтому оказывались эффективны против одного штамма и абсолютно бесполезными против другого.
Новое лекарство уже доказало свою эффективность. В лабораторных условиях эксперименты проводились на мышах, которых разделили на 2 группы. Первой вводили вирус, а затем делали инъекцию лекарства. Грызунов из второй группы просто заражали гриппом. К концу эксперимента дожили все мыши из первой группы, а вот ни одному грызуну из второй группы самостоятельно справиться с вирусом не удалось.
Но ученые предупреждают, что несмотря на 100%-ный успех испытаний на животных, налаживать массовое производство лекарства пока никто не собирается. Впереди еще предстоит провести целый комплекс экспериментов, в том числе и на людях. Пока вирусологи не могут точно сказать, будет ли этот препарат так же эффективно бороться с вирусом гриппа в человеческом организме.
